[aur-requests] [PRQ#32672] Deletion Request for lib32-tesseract

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-tesseract [2]:

Orphaned, last updated in 2020. Nothing in AUR depends on it. Its last
consumer was AUR/lib32-opencv, itself abandoned for 3 years, and today
that was finally deleted. No one has stepped up to adopt this package,
no user request of any kind got logged in AUR, no votes either. So I
suggest it's safe to delete this unmaintained package.
