vinegret [1] filed a deletion request for icqdesktop-git [2]:

This is insecure build because require to fetch a third-party
binaries.
This program is being developed by a company working for the Kremlin.
In the course of current events, there is a high probability of the
introduction of trojans.
I'm not qualified enough to track this. I consider this program
unwanted.
