MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for webnovel-manager-git [2]:

Source repo deleted by owner from GitHub (404; not even available as
an archive or from any other hoster).

Developer/owner discontinued it because it could no longer work with
the website it was originally developed for.

As source is unavailable, this package cannot be salvaged. Safe to
delete. No dependents.
