[aur-requests] [PRQ#31306] Deletion Request for uctags-git

cbb [1] filed a deletion request for uctags-git [2]:

I created this package before the main `ctags` package was
transitioned to using Universal ctags, in order to allow both the new
and old ctags to be installed together (by renaming the newer one to
`uctags`, to avoid file conflicts).

This package no longer serves any purpose, now that `ctags` provides
Universal ctags and `ctags-git` exists on AUR.
