[aur-requests] [PRQ#31403] Deletion Request for proxsign

lightdot [1] filed a deletion request for proxsign [2]:

Two issues:

- the package has been out of date and unmaintaned for a long time,
since the initial commit
- it should have been named proxsign-bin to begin with.

I have packaged the newest version as proxsign-bin and plan to keep it
updated so I suggest deleting this one - as it is now, it's an out of
date duplicate.
