sem.z [1] filed a deletion request for libinput-complyue [2]:

There's newer implementation of three finger drag for libinput that
works much better than complyue's patch. AUR package of this
implementation published here -
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libinput-three-finger-drag/. I
could update my package to use same patch, but this would be
duplicate.
