[aur-requests] [PRQ#31565] Deletion Request for asp-https

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for asp-https [2]:

This is a 4 year old, unmaintained fork of extra/asp, with many bugs,
and it is not compatible anymore with fetching Arch git sources since
the migration to GitHub.

AUR/asp-git is a working alternative as well, so this old package is
not needed.
