MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for volctl2 [2]:

Cannot be build because of a misissing Python2 dependency. Project
last updated in 2013. Its GitHub repo page has been archived
(inactivated). Meaning it's a dead project and won't see any update to
work with the updated Python modules.
