MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-leptonica [2]:

Can be safely deleted, as it's only required by lib32-tesseract
(deletion request submitted), which is only needed by the now-unneeded
lib32-opencv and lib32-ffmpeg-semifull-git (deletion request pending
for both).
