[aur-requests] [PRQ#36182] Orphan Request for webull-desktop

CWallace [1] filed an orphan request for webull-desktop [2]:

webull-desktop hasn't been updated in 6 months and has been marked out
of date for two months. It no longer functions with the latest version
of Webull. I would like to adopt to push an updated version.
