[aur-requests] [PRQ#36248] Deletion Request for ros-catkin

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ros-catkin [2]:

This seems like an EOL version of the Robot Operating System's build
tool, catkin.

Package last updated in 2019, it is defunct because of a missing
dependency.

AUR has newer versions of this tool, specific to ROS releases:
* ros-melodic-catkin (for ROS 'Melodic' LTS 2018)
* ros-noetic-catkin  (for ROS 'Noetic' LTS 2020)

As nothing depends on this deprecate package, I suggest to delete it.
