MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for chapcrack-git [2]:

Orphan package for a Python 2 based cracking tool for MS-CHAPv2
handshakes.

Development discontinued in 2012. [a]
Package is defunct because of missing python2 dependencies.
But nothing depends on it and there are no user comments, so I
recommend deletion.
