MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-rq-dashboard [2]:

Abandoned package, last updated in 2019.
Broken because of missing Py2 dependencies
(python2-arrow, python2-redis).

It seems the upstream project has also been discontinued - at least
not kept up to date for Python 3.8+. [a]

As nothing depends on this Python 2 module on AUR and because it is
broken, I suggest to delete it. Also there are no comments on its
page.
