[aur-requests] [PRQ#36433] Deletion Request for python2-setuptools-lint

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-setuptools-lint [2]:

Orphaned Python 2 package.

Was only used to let pylint be invoked via setup.py (setuptools).
Pylint is only for code development (to automatically check
code style and quality).

This abandoned package is not used by anything on AUR, and there are
no comments. So I recommend deletion.

(Also, this module has been discontinued since 2018, as the Python
ecosystem moves away from using setuptools altogether.)
