MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-aalib [2]:

Orphaned. No package requires it. Depends on the deprecated
python2-imaging library, which has been discontinued since 2009 and
got superseded by Pillow.

I recommend to delete this package. There are no user votes or
comments so it seems it is not needed by anyone.
