I'm sorry that you're blocked but I'm not in charge of that. The site
is hosted by a third-party and some of their filters catch some users.
Send me an email with details about your IP address and I'll forward
it to the host to see if the filters can be adjusted.

The source code is available so the request to delete the package is
unfounded.
