QiE2035 [1] filed a deletion request for vapoursynth-plugin-svpflow-
bin [2]:

The latest SVP version is 4.5.210. And standalone svpflow has not been
updated since 2019. Tested on mpv, video jump crashes mpv. In summary,
it is recommended to use svp-bin.
