[aur-requests] [PRQ#35036] Deletion Request for perl-extutils-install

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-extutils-install [2]:

This is an orphaned package from 2020 (v2.18)

The exact same Perl package distribution is provided by Arch [core]
perl.

[perl] v5.36.0 provides perl-extutils-install=2.20

Nothing on AUR depends on this, which means that no AUR Perl
module has declared it as explicit dependency.

Which also means no package declared that they need this version
(v2.18).

Therefore it's safe to delete this package, as it is
not in use. Arch [perl] can satisfy every package whose
scripts call for the 'ExtUtils::Install' module.
