[aur-requests] [PRQ#35066] Deletion Request for euca2ools

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for euca2ools [2]:

Orphaned package. This was a suite of Python 2 based CLI tools
for Amazon Web Services, such as EC2 and IAM.

The project has been discontinued in 2017, their website deleted.

AUR package cannot be built due to missing Python 2 dependencies.

But I doubt that this package would be useful even if it worked.
5 years is enormously long in the fast-developing cloudosphere. :D

In this time public API's change a lot and also bugs
surface that need to be addressed.

There are quite a lot of other CLI tools to communicate with
AWS services so this dead one is not really needed.
Safe to delete; nothing depends on it.
