[aur-requests] [PRQ#35126] Deletion Request for gtk2-ubuntu

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for gtk2-ubuntu [2]:

Orphaned package, seems to have been broken for the past 4 years
(last updated in May 2018), reported broken not much after that.

As gtk2 is pretty much in deep maintenance mode, there would be
basically negligible difference between current Arch and Ubuntu
versions of this library.

Therefore it no longer makes sense to keep a separate Ubuntu-matching
version because the two distro versions are pretty much the same
anyway.

And because this package has been long broken and abandoned,
it is reasonable to delete it. No loss of function follows from that.
(Virtually everything that works with Ubuntu gtk2 will work with Arch
gtk2.)
