MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-gym-git [2]:

Dead because of missing and broken Python 2 dependencies.

I've tried to review python2-h5py v2.10.0 (last Python 2 bindings for
hdf5 scientific data format library), but it is heavily defunct.

Current python-h5py is at v3.7 and is developed by the main hdf5
project.
They've changed their binary and header API's considerably, so
the old Python 2 module deprecated in 2019 could only support it
after significant development effort by highly qualified engineers.

So better to drop this package which was last updated in 2017
and for which there are no dependents.

There are Python 3 based packages for this that work.
