MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ffmpeg-full3.4 [2]:

Unmaintained package. Uploaded and never updated in Feb 2018.
(Version 3.4.2)

There should have been regular updates, the next point release
was published in July 2018.

It does not specify anything in conflicts=(), even though
it does conflict with AUR/ffmpeg3.4 and AUR/ffmpeg-compat-57.

I have recently modernized and updated the AUR/ffmpeg3.4 package
(there was a maintenance release 3.4.11 last month).

Last user comment was in March 2018; there was no answer to that.

I think it's safe to conclude that no one needs this package.
(Also now it is broken because some dependencies are too new
for it. I've corrected those kinds of problems in AUR/ffmpeg3.4.)

There is nothing that depends specifically on this package,
so it's safe to drop from AUR.
