MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-rmail-sup [2]:

Not needed. Deprecated Ruby module from 2013,
only 'sup' CLI email client used it, but now it
uses another module, 'ruby-rmail' instead.

Safe to delete, nothing depends on it on AUR
or even on RubyGems.org.
