[aur-requests] [PRQ#35229] Deletion Request for kaggle-api

261519 [1] filed a deletion request for kaggle-api [2]:

I've reworked the PKGBUILD and created a new package
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python-kaggle which follows the
correct python ecosystem package naming conventions (I inherited this
package long ago and did not name it originally).

Could we please delete this package? It has not worked for a long time
and there is a working replacement that has better naming convention.
