MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for java8-openjdk-jetbrains [2]:

Orphaned package, last updated in 2020.

JetBrains has discontinued their fork of OpenJDK/OpenJRE 8 in 2020:
https://github.com/JetBrains/jdk8u

PKGBUILD was indicated as being broken in the last comment,
which was submitted on 2020-06-05. There was no answer to that,
nor any new messages on this package's AUR page.

Nothing in AUR specifically depends on this, so it's safe to delete.
Not useful to keep; both Oracle and numerous OpenJDK providers
continue to release hotfix updates for JDK/JRE 8 LTS.
