MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-etsproxy [2]:

Discontinued after 2011; its GitHub VCS repo is now inactive (read-
only).

Its only dependent is also defunct, discontinued after 2013 (submitted
deletion request).

Original author of its dependent, pytimechart, recommends using the
following
from the Google Android project:

Safe to delete this deprecated package; it is not needed by any
current and working package.
