[aur-requests] [PRQ#35296] Merge Request for glide-bin

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge glide-bin [2] into golang-glide-
bin [3]:

I wanted to initiate a rename but maintainer @tongpu cut my initiative
short by submitting a deletion request before coming to any mutual
agreement.

This package, under the new name, is temporarily useful to keep, until
two AUR packages are
either migrated to new Go module management or are deleted.

Also, my discussion in comments with @tongpu is, I think, would be
beneficial for that interim period
for others to see on the new golang-glide-bin page,
because it sheds light to the background of the
name change and the problem that prompted this kind of solution.

You can of course choose to just delete the legacy and
now-problematically named 'glide-bin', but I would
welcome a merge instead to target package, to keep
the information for whomever still needs to
use this tool temporarily (until they can migrate
away from it).
