MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-weberror [2]:

Broken package. Project was Python 2 only
and has been discontinued after 2016.

Safe to delete, only the defunct python2-pylons depends on it,
which is also only supported Python 2 and that project is dead
since 2018 (deletion request submitted separately).

Safe to delete this one.
