[aur-requests] [PRQ#35312] Deletion Request for pyarchey

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pyarchey [2]:

Discontinued old fork of archey from 2016;
its GitHub repo got inactivated.

There are newer forks like archey3 and archey4; packages
for those exist in Arch or AUR repos.

Safe to deleted this very old deprecated one.
