[aur-requests] [PRQ#35326] Deletion Request for sat-xmpp

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for sat-xmpp [2]:

Broken, orphaned Python 2 based desktop XMPP/Jabber chat client.

Discontinued years ago, its website now only offers its
successor application called Libervia.

This package has last been updated in 2017 and it is now
broken quite beyond repair.

Not just because of the dozens of deleted Python 2 dependencies,
but also because among them, some are needed for secure
communications.
These typically interface with binary libraries like SSL or SSH.
Several of those deprecated Python 2 bindings are now uncompilable
and/or unusable with current system libraries.

Safe to delete as nothing depends on it (this was an end-user app).
