MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for wp-download-git [2]:

Long-orphaned Python 2 based VCS package; project defunct and
discontinued
after 2016. Package doesn't work anymore, but not needed. There are
working alternatives to save web content.
Safe to delete; nothing depends on it.
