MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for hellanzb-git [2]:

I suggest to delete this. Development discontinued 12 years ago,
website gone since 11 years. Broken because of missing Python 2
dependencies.

People use torrents or whatever to get big files shared across
the 'nets, not Usenet newsgroups and .NZB files (whatever the
hell that is). :)

Package was flagged as broken a few months ago, no response
from maintainer (I don't really blame them; I guess this extremely
old abandoned application is not a priority nowadays).

Safe to delete; nothing depends on it.
