MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-howdoi [2]:

Not needed as it is a broken, very old Python 2 version
of the 'howdoi' app, from 2015.

The current, Python 3 based versions are available on AUR:

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/howdoi-git

('python-' name prefix not needed for those as per Arch guidelines,
because it is an end-user application - for the CLI in this case.)

Safe to delete this, as it doesn't work because of the missing
Python 2 based dependencies. Also nothing depends on it.
