[aur-requests] [PRQ#35379] Deletion Request for python2-pbd

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-pbd [2]:

This python2-protobuf based disassembler has been discontinued
in 2017.
I suggest it be deleted, because now the dropped python2-protobuf
cannot even be reinstated, for it is binary-incompatible
with the current protobuf ELF library.
