MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-snakebite [2]:

Orphaned package. Last updated in 2016, project got discontinued
that year. Now its GitHub repo is inactive (archived) as well.

Won't work because the dropped python2-protobuf wouldn't compile
or work with current binary protobuf.

Safe to delete this old package. Nothing depends on it.
