MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for bugseverywhere-git [2]:

Orphaned VCS package, project discontinued 2.5 years ago.

Worked only with Python 2.7, never updated to Python 3.

Its last stable release tag is from 2012.
I think it's safe to say it's not needed to keep in AUR anymore.
