[aur-requests] [PRQ#35456] Deletion Request for jb-config

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for jb-config [2]:

Some config utility for the "Just Browsing" LiveCD distro
discontinued in 2015.

Package dead because of missing dependency; also it has
last been updated in 2015 and there's no newer source commit as well.

Safe to delete, seems unneeded. Maintainer also hasn't updated
any of their packages since 2015.
