MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for justbrowsing-systemd [2]:

Some systemd config/unit files for the "Just Browsing" LiveCD distro
discontinued in 2015.

Last updated in 2015 and there's no newer source commit as well.

Safe to delete, seems unneeded. Maintainer also hasn't updated
any of their packages since 2015.
