[aur-requests] [PRQ#35459] Deletion Request for jbxkb

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for jbxkb [2]:

Abandoned xkb layout swithcher applet for the "Just Browsing"
LiveCD distro discontinued in 2015.

Package last updated in 2015; last source commit was in 2014.

It was broken since 2020 when Arch dropped the old name of
'python2-xdg' (renaming it to python2-pyxdg), but no one commented
about it.

Safe to delete, seems unneeded. Maintainer also hasn't updated
any of their packages or GitHub repos since 2015.
