[aur-requests] [PRQ#35490] Deletion Request for python2-gammapy

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-gammapy [2]:

Suggest to delete this; all AstroPy-related astronomy and cosmology
packages moved to Python 3 after 2019, and now the Python 2 ones are
defunct
because of the dropped and incompatible Python bindings for HDF5
scientific
data format binary library.

Cannot be built or used due to missing and defunct dependencies.
But safe to delete from AUR as nothing depends on it here.
