[aur-requests] [PRQ#35495] Deletion Request for python2-astropy-helpers

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-astropy-helpers [2]:

Suggest to delete this, as all AstroPy-related packages moved to
Python 3 after 2019
and don't work in Python 2 because of the incompatible binary
bindings.

I've tried to revive the package for python2-astropy and python2-h5py,
but had to realize
that the code is 3 years behind the HDF5 binary library's API, so it
is not feasible for
any single person to catch up with that within conceivable time
frames.

This one has just a few AUR dependents, and all of them are broken
AstroPy consumers,
having discontinued Python 2 support in 2019. (Deletion request
submitted for all.)
