[aur-requests] [PRQ#35498] Deletion Request for python2-stscitools

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-stscitools [2]:

I suggest to delete this deprecated Python 2 package from 2017.

It has no consumers on AUR.

Since 2019, a huge number of astronomy and cosmology projects moved
exclusively to Python 3, and now the Python 2 modules are incompatible
with the foundational binary libraries like HDF5.

Therefore the Python 2 ecosystem for these packages are virtually
nonexistent now.

It is beneficial to eliminate the unused packages from here, to help
volunteers focus their efforts on where it is actually making a
difference.
