MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-docs-devhelp [2]:

I suggest to delete this GNOME DevHelp documentation for Python 2,
because python2-sphinx is defunct so this cannot be packaged.

Also no one should develop in Python 2 for GNOME as it is unsupported.
