MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for perl-extutils-makemaker-aur

I suggest deletion of this package due to redundancy.

This has a misleading '-aur' suffix and is just providing this:

perl-extutils-makemaker=7.64

But that is also provided by Arch [core] perl-5.36.0.

So it's safe to drop this from AUR.
