[aur-requests] [PRQ#35520] Deletion Request for python-theano-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-theano-git [2]:

Discontinued in 2020. Forked by the PyMC project, they've created and
published a new module named Aesara, based on the original Theano.

AUR still carries the last stable python-theano legacy package.

No need for a VCS build anymore. Safe to delete this.
