MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-pydot-ng [2]:

Orphaned package. This Python module has been discontinued in 2018
and developer has suggested that everyone just use the main
python-pydot package (available in Arch [community] repo.)

Safe to delete; nothing depends on it.
