I suggest deletion.

Though there was a minor new release in 2020, but right after that,
the project just halted, zero new commits.

Does not support Python 3.10. The Python 2 version cannot be
built and installed due to missing dependencies.

This AUR package itself has not been updated since 2018.
There are no votes or comments, so I think it's safe to delete.
