MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-randomdotorg [2]:

Discontinued in 2014, also package is broken.
But it is not needed by anything on AUR.

Also, there is a different 'Random' module drop-in implementation
which is currently maintained. [a]

Safe to delete this one.
