[aur-requests] [PRQ#35569] Merge Request for scons2

MarsSeed [1] filed a request to merge scons2 [2] into python2-scons
[3]:

Duplicate of target package; also skips testing and has wrong
dependencies
(e.g. makedepends on both python-setuptools and python2-setuptools;
the former is only used for building documentation but it should be
done
in a separate PKGBUILD IMHO.)

I suggest maybe both maintainers can work together on the same
package,
that would be more efficient.
