[aur-requests] [PRQ#35576] Deletion Request for python-iowait

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-iowait [2]:

This has been discontinued in 2013.
It is not needed anymore by anything, including its only
dependency referrer on AUR, circus, which is an orphaned package
last updated in 2018. (The newer version of the latter
needs different dependencies, and this one is not among them.)

Therefore its safe to delete this deprecated package.
